These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Credez website.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these terms together with our:

- Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. About Credez
Credez Ltd. provides custom-made and non-personalised products, including products manufactured using 3D-printing technology.
Many products are individually produced after an order is placed and may not be available for immediate dispatch.
2. Placing an Order
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing checkout.
This includes:
- Product selection
- Size
- Colour
- Quantity
- Uploaded photograph
- Name or text
- Spelling
- Custom message
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Email address
An order confirmation does not always mean that the product has entered production.
Credez may review customisation details before accepting the order for manufacturing.
3. Payment
Payment must be completed using an available payment method at checkout.
Credez currently accepts:
- Card payments
- Cash on delivery
Card payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Credez does not directly store card information.
Credez may place an order on hold or cancel it where:
- Payment is declined
- Payment cannot be verified
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Required order information is missing
- Cash-on-delivery details cannot be confirmed
4. Product Prices
Product prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.
The price shown at checkout at the time the customer completes the order will normally apply.
Credez may cancel and refund an order where a clear pricing, technical or website error has occurred.
5. Customised Products
A product is considered customised or personalised where it is created using:
- A customer photograph
- A name
- Custom text
- A date
- A logo
- A selected colour combination
- Customer-specific design instructions
- Any other information unique to the customer
Personalised products are manufactured specifically for one customer and normally cannot be resold.
6. Customer-Supplied Content
Customers must have permission to use all photographs, names, logos, artwork and other content submitted to Credez.
By uploading content, the customer confirms that:
- They own the content or have permission to use it
- The content does not violate another person’s rights
- The content may be used by Credez to prepare and manufacture the order
- The content is not unlawful, abusive, explicit or harmful
The customer remains responsible for all content they submit.
7. Content We May Refuse
Credez may refuse or cancel an order containing content that appears to be:
- Illegal
- Abusive
- Hateful
- Explicit
- Violent
- Defamatory
- Threatening
- Infringing
- Intended to impersonate or deceive another person
- Unsuitable for manufacture or publication
Where the order has not entered production, any eligible payment will be refunded.
8. Photo and Design Adjustments
To produce the best result, Credez may make reasonable technical adjustments to customer-submitted content.
These may include:
- Cropping
- Resizing
- Repositioning
- Brightness adjustment
- Contrast adjustment
- Background adjustment
- Layout adjustment
- Thickness or structural changes
- Connecting letters or small design elements for manufacturing
These changes may be made without sending a separate preview.
Credez does not normally provide a digital proof unless specifically agreed before the order is placed.
9. Unsuitable Photos
Not every photograph will produce a suitable personalised product.
Credez may request a replacement image where the submitted photograph is:
- Blurry
- Extremely dark
- Low resolution
- Heavily cropped
- Difficult to recognise
- Unsuitable for the selected product
- Missing important parts of the subject
Production may remain on hold until suitable information is provided.
10. Changes to an Order
Customers may request changes within one working day of placing the order, provided production has not started.
Changes may include:
- Photo
- Name
- Text
- Colour
- Size
- Design
- Delivery information
A requested change is not confirmed until Credez approves it.
Additional charges may apply where design work has already started or the requested change requires significant rework.
Once manufacturing begins, changes may no longer be possible.
11. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before the product has been manufactured.
Once manufacturing has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped. Credez will first check its production status.
Approved cancellations will be handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
12. Production Time
Custom-made products normally require 3–5 working days for manufacturing.
Credez working days are:
Sunday to Thursday
Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are not counted as working days.
Production time may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Quantity
- Complexity
- Customisation requirements
- Availability of materials
13. Characteristics of 3D-Printed Products
Customers acknowledge that 3D-printed products are created layer by layer.
The following characteristics are normal and are not considered defects:
- Visible layer lines
- Surface texture
- Minor seam marks
- Small support-removal marks
- Slight shade differences
- Minor dimensional variations
- Small differences between individual products
- Slight differences from website images or renders
These characteristics are part of the manufacturing process and make each item slightly unique.
14. Product Images and Colours
Website images may include:
- Photographs of actual products
- Product renders
- Mock-ups
- Styled product displays
The final product may appear slightly different due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Material batches
- Print orientation
- Surface finish
- Product customisation
- Photography and rendering
Minor visual differences do not automatically qualify as a defect.
15. Product Dimensions
Product dimensions are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Small dimensional variations may occur because of:
- Manufacturing tolerances
- Material behaviour
- Product finishing
- Design adjustments
- Customisation requirements
Customers should contact Credez before ordering where an exact fit is essential.
16. Lamps and Electrical Products 💡
Electrical and illuminated products must be used carefully.
Customers should:
- Use the supplied or recommended power source
- Keep the product away from water
- Keep cables away from excessive heat
- Avoid pulling or sharply bending wires
- Stop using the product if the cable, light or frame appears damaged
- Keep the product away from unsupervised children
- Use the product indoors unless stated otherwise
Credez is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, incorrect power supply or improper handling.
17. Delivery
Shipping charges, estimated timelines, tracking, customs charges and failed deliveries are covered in our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
18. Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility depends on whether the product is personalised or non-personalised.
Personalised products cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind.
Products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly manufactured will be reviewed according to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
19. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions may be subject to:
- Expiry dates
- Minimum order values
- Product exclusions
- Usage limits
- One use per customer
- One discount code per order
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credez may cancel or correct a promotion where there is an error, misuse or technical issue.
20. Bulk and Corporate Orders
Credez may accept bulk, corporate or specially commissioned orders.
These orders may have separate:
- Prices
- Production times
- Payment requirements
- Delivery terms
- Design conditions
- Cancellation terms
Where a separate quotation or written agreement is provided, its terms will apply to that order.
21. Reviews and Customer Content
Customers may be able to submit product reviews.
By submitting a review, the customer allows Credez to display the written review on its website or marketing channels.
Credez may remove reviews containing:
- Abusive language
- Personal information
- False or misleading claims
- Spam
- Unlawful content
- Content unrelated to the product
Customer photographs showing identifiable individuals will not be publicly used without appropriate permission.
22. Credez Designs and Website Content
Credez owns its original:
- Product designs
- Website content
- Product photographs
- Renders
- Graphics
- Logos
- Branding
- Written descriptions
- Digital design files
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially use Credez designs or website content without permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design.
23. Website Use
Customers must not:
- Attempt to damage or disrupt the website
- Upload malware or harmful files
- Make fraudulent purchases
- Use false customer information
- Misuse discount codes
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Copy website content through automated scraping
- Interfere with checkout or payment systems
Credez may restrict or cancel access where suspicious, abusive or fraudulent activity is detected.
24. Product Availability
Products, colours and materials may become unavailable without notice.
Credez may:
- Replace an unavailable material with a reasonably similar option after contacting the customer
- Place the order on hold
- Offer an alternative
- Cancel and refund the affected product
25. Limitations
Credez is not responsible for losses caused by:
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Customer misuse
- Product modification
- Unauthorised repairs
- Improper installation
- Incorrect power supply
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Delays outside Credez’s direct control
Nothing in these terms guarantees that every customised product will look exactly the same as a website image, render or previous product.

Questions about orders, products, cancellations, returns or these terms should be submitted through the Contact Us page on the Credez website.
Please include your order number where the request relates to an existing purchase.
27. Changes to These Terms
Credez may update these Terms & Conditions when products, website features, payment methods or business procedures change.
